How do I restore my subscription?+
Open Elara → Profile → Account → Restore Purchases. Your premium access is tied to your Apple ID and comes back automatically after a reinstall or a new phone.
My partner's code doesn't work.+
Codes are six digits and expire after a while for safety. Ask her to open Elara → partner card → generate a fresh code, and enter it within a few minutes. Partner mode needs an internet connection on both phones.
Does Dad need to pay?+
No. Partner mode is free — Dad joins with a code, no sign-up, no subscription. Premium on the mom's phone unlocks the full experience for both.
Where is my data stored?+
On your phone. Journal entries, photos, kicks, contractions — they stay on your device (and your private iCloud backup). The details live in our privacy policy, in plain English.
How do I cancel my subscription?+
Subscriptions are managed by Apple: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Elara → Cancel. Access stays until the end of the paid period.
