delete your account.
a clean exit, in two ways.
Elara stores almost nothing about you on our servers — only an anonymous Firebase id, an APNs token (for partner-mode notifications), and (if you invited a partner) a small profile snapshot. You can delete all of it from inside the app, or by emailing us.
option one — inside the app
- Open Elara on your iPhone.
- Tap Profile → Privacy & Data.
- Tap Delete my account.
- Confirm. Server-side data is purged within 24 hours.
On-device data (journal, photos, kick logs, etc.) is removed when you delete the app from your phone.
option two — by email
If you no longer have the app installed, send a single short message to privacy@nomly.space with the subject “Delete my Elara account”.
We don't need any identifiers from you (we don't have your name or email tied to your usage) — we'll purge any anonymous id that ever wrote from your device's region within seven days, and reply when it's done.
what we delete
- Your anonymous Firebase account id and refresh token.
- Your APNs device token (the push pipeline goes silent immediately).
- Your owner profile snapshot (name, due date, avatar emoji, current week — only present if you generated a partner code).
- Any active partner links — your partner will see "Mom has unlinked".
- Reactions sent by your partner.
- Crash reports and analytics events associated with your anonymous id.
about your subscription
Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not by us. To cancel a renewing subscription open Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone. Deleting your Elara account does not cancel your Apple-billed subscription, and cancelling your subscription does not delete your account.
