Many people feel a noticeable lift in energy as the first trimester nears its end. Nausea may finally start easing for some.
gentle tips
- If you've been hiding the pregnancy, plan when to share it.
- Restart gentle exercise if nausea is easing — walking or prenatal yoga.
- Schedule the 11–13 week NT scan if your provider offers it.
- Keep up the prenatal vitamin and folate-rich foods.
- Sleep on your side when possible — pillows make it easier.
